JR3 Education Associates, LP was founded in January of 2001 by four individuals who were either active school administrators or retired school administrators. The combined experience for the four partners was one hundred and fifty two years in school administration. In addition to the four partners we have four individuals on staff that are TASBO certified business managers. Our staff includes PEIMS specialists and technology specialists. Two of the founding partners of JR3 continue to be active in the day to day operations of JR3 while the other current partner is an expert on digital document storage.

JR3 is currently organized in four divisions:

1. The Personnel or Staffing division specializes in hiring retired master teachers and placing these individuals in school systems. These retired teachers are then able to go back into teaching to help alleviate the current teacher shortage. The personnel division also conducts Superintendent searches.
2. The WebSmart by JR3 division provides a complete finance/SIS software solution. The software combines business administration and student administration in one integrated package. The software is web browser based, secure, scalable, flexible, integrated, and Texas Compliant. It is PEIMS compliant and integrates Texas PEIMs codes. It complies with all FASRG standards, as well as being TRS and TRAQS compliant. Complies with all required state and federal reports including required web based financial reports.

   The electronic payroll is NACHA compliant. The student segment of the software includes a teacher grade book, student attendance, student demographics, grade reporting, student permanent record transcripts, individual student discipline reports, student health records, special education, scheduling, and PEIMS reporting.

   Since WebSmart is web browser based and hosted by JR3 with offsite backups daily, fires, floods and natural disasters are not a threat to the integrity of the district's data.

3. The iCAP by JR3 division is an innovative network office process to digitize records for a school or a multi-building campus. It effortlessly captures all of your valuable paper and electronic business documents--whether they are e-mails, faxes, photocopies, scans or print-outs. iCAP automatically indexes and then archives your documents, enabling you to find anything fast. iCAP uses your desktop web browser as an interface, to give you the power to retrieve copies of all your business critical documents.    iCAP has the ability to digitize all of your old stored records, thus eliminating your paper storage problems. The schools records may be digitized either day back or day forward. The administration will be able to choose which solution is the best value for their schools.

4. The Texas Charter Solutions division was formed to provide technical expertise to Texas charter schools in the areas of business, personnel, and student services to enable a charter school to better understand and navigate compliance issues with TEA, TRS, IRS and other governmental agencies. We provide fully integrated affordable software that is adaptable to the needs of each individual charter school. This division provides expert advice and counsel that enables the charter school to better fulfill its mission.
